We at Advanda are the experts for placing clinical specialists and nursing staff! Our focus is on placing nursing professionals from non-EU countries in German clinics and nursing facilities, with the focus on creating long-term employment relationships. We accompany both clinics and staff through preparation, consolidation, certificate recognition and integration until every nurse placed by us is fully recognized by the German government and can be employed as a full time nurse. We take on all administrative tasks. Through our extensive, international network, we find exactly the applicants who fit best for each respective position and institution.
We have already successfully accompanied more than 2,500 foreign nurses to recognition in Germany and know from many years of experience how much added value nurses from abroad offer! We create a win-win-situation for both nurses and clinics: Our nurses get the chance to build a life in Germany with all benefits the German society has to offer, including high standards of living, social welfare, good payment and free education. Clinics profit from highly motivated staff that is perfectly prepared for each individual job position. We have often found that diversity greatly adds to create an enthusiastic work atmosphere.
We look forward to hearing from you and will be happy to advise you in detail - we are guaranteed to find the perfect job placement for you in Germany!
We have been placing staff in nursing professions since 2007 and have many years of experience in working in this field. Our first partner countries were initially Hungary and Spain. By now we have placed nursing staff in over 583 nursing facilities and over 156 clinics. Today, our focus is on the placement of personnel from Brazil and the Philippines.
In order to prepare our specialists in detail, 48 employees work at numerous locations with our partners in Brazil and 73 employees in the Philippines. In addition, we are currently preparing placements from Vietnam, Thailand and Paraguay.
It is most important to us to create placements that are fulfilling for both our employers and our nurses. Hence, the following company principles are our top priority:
We are committed to fair and ethical recruitment and placement practices.
We are committed to a corporate practice that is in accordance with the WHO Code of Conduct for International Recruitment of Health Professionals.
We are committed to the “employer pays” principle.
We also expressly point out that we strictly adhere to the following agreements:
ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, ILO core labor standards, in particular the general principles and operational guidelines for fair recruitment in the ILO
IRIS standards of the International Organization of Migration
We are expressly committed to the fact that no placement costs are charged for nursing staff.
These company principles ensure ethical recruitment in across-border labor migration and help us to enable a fair working relationship between institution and health care staff, in which both meet on equal ground, making a mutually profitable cooperation possible.

“Tigerherz … When Parents Have Cancer” is for families where one parent has cancer. The goal is to help the whole family by prioritizing the needs of the children in this difficult situation. We work with children and young people individually or in groups, often creatively and with different materials. There is room for feelings and fears are addressed, but fun and laughter are also part of the program. An extensive holiday program enables the "Tigerherz" children to have wonderful experiences in a group. The "Tigerherz" counseling service is aimed at parents, grandparents, professionals and interested people. All offers are free of charge.
