Advanda places nursing staff from third countries in German clinics, hospitals and nursing facilities. We pay particular attention to the establishment of long-term employment relationships.

We have been placing staff in nursing professions since 2007 and can draw on many years of experience. Our first partner countries were initially Hungary and Spain. By now, we have placed nursing staff in over 583 nursing facilities and over 156 clinics. Today, our focus is on the placement of personnel from Brazil and the Philippines. In order to prepare our specialists in detail, 48 employees work at numerous locations with our partners in Brazil and 73 employees in the Philippines. In addition, we are currently preparing recruitment from Vietnam, Thailand and Paraguay.
